We began seeing Alicia years ago at ARC when my daughter was dealing with gymnastics injuries. When she recently began having back pain, the orthopedist recommended physical therapy. I looked up Alicia immediately. She is a caring practitioner, very knowledgeable, and thorough. Alicia takes her time with patients, and there is visible improvement in my daughter's posture by the end of each appointment.
I am getting results and becoming stronger. I am learning much and becoming more self aware in regards to how my muscles and my bones should be working together to provide pain free mobility. I wish I had seen her before I had surgery.
Alicia was so outstanding and did such a great job. She did things to my shoulder that helped so much. Thanks again! Even if you don't have insurance she is well worth it!
My expectations could not have been exceeded any better than what they were, I came in dealing with a nagging running injury, and I'm walking out with a higher understanding of my body and how it works. Not only did she help strengthen the areas I needed for pain management, but I'll be able to take this knowledge and apply it to my every day training. Alicia is a great Physical Therapist! She explains everything thoroughly and always takes time to answer your questions. I have seen PTs from time to time in the past but she is by far the best one. I actually enjoy going to my appointments with her.
Alicia worked with our dancers, and, in just one short seminar, they already had better alignment and understanding. She is sweet, personable and knowledgeable!
