Apex Management has represented my HOA for 10 years now. Dianna Long acquired the firm from Grace 8 years ago. I have found Apex to be very professional and responsive to HOA Board members. Apex has helped guide our HOA through several difficult issues and provided excellent guidance on how we should navigate the situation. Made an appointment with Leo Handyman working with this Apex property Management company over Angie list. They confirmed my appointment via texting and email several times. Never showed up.I took a 1/2 day off to be able be home. After I called, they were very disrespectful….like my time is worthless and while I was asking why nobody showed up, she was trying to say my appointment is on other day…. Even though those text and email conformations says different stories. I’m speechless!!!
I spoke with Melinda and she told me to go f myself. I was very shocked that she would speak that way. Good luck
