Wish I could give less than 1 star. The inspector mark did a terrible job during his inspection. He didn't catch major issue with the plumbing and he missed huge gaps and holes in the A.C. ducting. I have no experience whatsoever with A.C. but I could tell it was leaking the second I went into the attic after my electricity bill was 400 dollars. He also has no insurance for his mistakes so now I'm currently having to fix all this out of pocket for thousands.

Mark does not do a thorough job at all. I have never been so disappointed in a home inspector. He did not want to go up into the attic of the house because he didn't want to move any belongings. When I called him out, he kicked the belongings. He did not check the sprinkler system, but said he had. He did not check the furnace. We are now finding out that the home we bought needs sprinkler and furnace repairs that should have been caught in his inspection. We just had Mark inspected our house three weeks ago. Then we bought our house and move in one week later, we found that our dishwasher was totally broken, which was leaking water caused the water damage to our basement before. But in his report, he said the dishwasher was acceptable. I guess he didn't even turn it on to check it. He didn't inspect our sprinkler in the yard and our roof.
