The salesman Josh spent quality time with me so I ordered the correct trailer that I needed. Josh kept me informed on the progress of my order which came in a month, earlier than expected. When the trailer arrived the service manager, Wade, got the extra equipment installed to my specifications. Susan, the secretary did my paper work and helped me fill the papers for the State of Texas to get my plates without delay. It was a pleasurable experience doing business with APC Equipment of Tucson Arizona.

Stay away from APC. They installed used parts which they insisted were "new", didn't test their electrical work so they sent us out on the road with our vehicle not meeting any state's laws; they wouldn't honor their alleged warranty. Totally out of sync with reputable or competent business practices. This was not an isolated incident, it's par for the course at APC.

Had/ am having an excellent experience dealing with the good folks at APC. My special order trailer came in a timely manner, and is even nicer than I'd hoped it might be. Now I am working with George to design/build a tandem canoe/kayak rack to meet my needs. Everyone with whom I interacted at APC was courteous and kind, and quite professional. Great folks!
