Yolanda was such an angel with the entire move-in process. Me and my fiancé are so grateful to have had her help. She is knowledgeable, professional, timely, patient, polite and so friendly! I can't say enough about how helpful Yolanda and management is. This gated community is beautiful, peaceful and so quiet. The units are clean and spacious. We couldn't be happier!
We loved our moving-in experience at the Promenade. Kathy was great! She showed us the apartment and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She was friendly, approachable, and took the time to answer all our questions about the space. The office staff has been fantastic—super helpful and welcoming. The community feels like a wonderful place to live, and we’re really happy with everything so far. No regrets at all!
I never thought that the 'move-in' process could be this easy. The place is amazing, the prices are reasonable, everyone is so nice and helpful, especially Kathy It's home sweet home
