We have been so impressed by Apalachee Self Storage! The process to set up our account was quick and easy and Mike helped us in just a few minutes over the phone. The facility is clean and easy to access and I loved that they have a lock included— we weren’t planning on getting a storage unit the day we arranged it all, so it was super convenient to have it all sorted without having to do anything except make a phone call! We rented a storage unit for my son and his friends for the summer. We highly recommend this storage facility for a safe and clean unit with fantastic customer service!
This was my first encounter with need somewhere fast to store my son's property. The person I spoke with was pleasant and very helpful. The storage unit and facility was very secure, clean, and spacious. If ever I am in need of a storage facility again, I will certainly use Apalachee Self Storage.
