Mike was very helpful in making sure when we was able to access the inside storage unit. He stayed on the phone to make sure the unit was the correct side Great customer service!

We have been so impressed by Apalachee Self Storage! The process to set up our account was quick and easy and Mike helped us in just a few minutes over the phone. The facility is clean and easy to access and I loved that they have a lock included— we weren’t planning on getting a storage unit the day we arranged it all, so it was super convenient to have it all sorted without having to do anything except make a phone call!
