He tried to say that a "power surge" had damaged the door and that's why it wouldn't be covered under warranty (I just bought the new opener 3 months ago). there less than 1 hour. was told 59.00 for service call. Problem NOT repaired and charged 225.00. Feeling completly ripped off. Would definetly not recomend!!!!!
