Where do I start? Technician did not seem well trained. He tried to say that a "power surge" had damaged the door and that's why it wouldn't be covered under warranty (I just bought the new opener 3 months ago). Asked me if I could see some "liquid" on the panel, which I did not. there less than 1 hour. was told 59.00 for service call. Problem NOT repaired and charged 225.00. Feeling completly ripped off. Would definetly not recomend!!!!!
