I feel so confident with Donna. She is outstanding in her techniques and knowledge about home care. I especially like her chair side manner. She is so friendly and explains exactly what procedure she is doing so you know what to expect. What an asset she is to this dental practice,
Dr Biede is the top of the line ..He is the best. The years of experience works for him and he will work great for you to do whatever you need., he treat you like family and so does his staff great group of people I would recommend them anytime...
The visit was great and as always wonderful care given.
This was my first visit to Dr. Biede's office. It was for a periodontal prophylaxis. Donna, the hygienist, did the most thorough job I've ever had (and that includes my retiring periodontist's hygienist). My wife took my appointment with Dr. Biede because she had a severe toothache and needed immediate attention. He did a superb job with her. I'll see him on my next visit.
I went to see Dr. Biede today. My mouth has been sore for a couple months so I thought he could figure out the source of the problem. Well, I call him Dr. Sleuth! By process of elimination, he determined that my problem was caused by a prescription drug I was taking! will discontinue taking it hoping my symptoms will go away. Then I'll call the doctor who prescribed it to see what to do next. Thank you Dr. Biede!!
Great visit great work.I was treated very good. I was more than satisfied with the results. I would continue to get my teeth cleaned and repaired with these dentist.

The friendly professional staff is great. Dr. Biede II very thoroughly checks my dental health and general well being and also screens for oral cancer. I am always well taken care of so my dental health is assured to be the best.
As always I walked away this morning from Dr. Biede's office with a smile on my face. I just love the staff and the greeting I get when I walk in the door. Do they really remember me? I think they really do!!! Thank you everyone. You all make what could be an anxious-Inducing experience almost a pleasure, and certainly not something I dread anymore!
