Alonso presented himself as someone who knew what he was doing. He installed $12,000 worth of equipment for $14,000. In doing so he changed the design from the mechanical engineer's specifications from rigid to flexible ducts, not explaining that this would cut down the efficiency of the units, I guess he felt would be easier for him (and less expensive). Now I have 4 ACs that don't cool down my house, and when asked him to come back and make the necessary corrections, he disappears... nice. I wouldn't recommend this company... read more
