Scam Artists If you would like to be charged for 2.5 hours of labor for them to come out and look at a plumbing problem for less than a half hour, use these guys. Then you can call them day after day asking for a quote or when they will be able to fix the problem and they'll never get back to you....no matter who you talk to, secretary, worker, or the owner. bad experience THIEVES in plumber disguises. Scary thing is they are listed as contractor with baystate gas. will be contacting bay state gas to alert them to these unethical scam artists. how do companies like this stay in business? no business morals or etiquite. do these people think consumers are stupid??? hi ho, hi ho, to the attorney general we go. plumbers are a dime a dozen. "Anytime" means "Anytime we feel like showing up!" Hired them to do my new house for both plumbing and heating. NO communication skills or follow up. They made multiple errors due to this and I had to get *witchy* to get them to come back and fix things. They do not return calls and do not show up when they say they will. If you have to use them...make friends with Mary in the office...she can kick some butt and get things done if she likes you.
Very unprofessional business We had to have our boiler replaced, and it took nearly 2 weeks in the middle of February to get it done, because everytime Anytime said they'd have to call me back for something, they didnt, and I ended up having to call THEM each time. On top of that, I paid over $4000 which supposedly included disposal of the old boiler, and its still sitting in my basement after several attempts to get it removed.
Not Professional I asked for an estimate on something. They were fine about coming out and measuring. They were friendly enough and seem to know what they were doing. They discussed the job with me and got all the info they needed. They said they would call with estimate after they looked over the figures. I never saw or heard from them again!
