Threatening driver, ownership that ignores complaints. I had an experience with a driver of Anytime Plumbing and Heating on 6/16/17, which I communicated to the business via email in order to accurately document the incident, that email follows: "This morning around 8 o'clock, driving down Pine Street in Norfolk, one of your drivers drove up on me aggressively, apparently upset that I was driving the speed limit. Go ahead and call around for prices and availability. but everytime you will come back to Anytime Plumbing and Heating ! you just can't beat their price ! especially for the quality of work you get in such a timely fashion! such honest friendly employees who are very courteous and aim to please! anytime I have an issue with Plumbing, Heating, my A.C. or oil burner. I call Anytime Plumbing! such a reputable company and have come a long way since the comment before me!
Installed a leak The workers were very polite and professional when first meeting us and conducting their work. However, they installed a leak that caused over $1,000 in damage to our house. When I spoke to the secretary, she was off-putting and unfriendly. Fred himself did call me back (after 4 hours of waiting) and refused to do anything for the damage he caused. They fixed the leak for free, but did nothing for the damage. I had to contact them multiple times just for the information my insurance needed.

scam bags! they are rip off! scam bags! They charged me a fortune to fix a little leak. "Anytime" is meaning "anytime rip off"
Satisfied (permanent) Customer ! I was VERY happy with my experience with Anytime Plumbing Company. My boiler shut down on a Sunday night and my son recommended I call Anytime Plumbing because of their 24-hour emergency service. A plumber was at my property within 1/2 hour of making the call. Great experience! We had a year old quote when our heater completely went. I called Anytime plumbing and was told they would get back to me, 10 minutes later I got a call saying they would honor there year old quote. The next day I had my new heater installed. The guys that came were professional and courteous. They asked if they could move the stuff in my storage room so they could go in and out the basement door as to not bring the old rusty unit threw the house. These guys are hard to get ahold of, hard to get to come out and take a look at what needs to be done, and they don't get back to you with a quote. They advertise that they give free estimatess with no obligation, however, they turn around and bill you for the supposedly "free estimate." Very poor business practices. Definitely don't use this company!!
