Installed a leak The workers were very polite and professional when first meeting us and conducting their work. However, they installed a leak that caused over $1,000 in damage to our house. When I spoke to the secretary, she was off-putting and unfriendly. Fred himself did call me back (after 4 hours of waiting) and refused to do anything for the damage he caused. They fixed the leak for free, but did nothing for the damage. I had to contact them multiple times just for the information my insurance needed.

Satisfied (permanent) Customer ! I was VERY happy with my experience with Anytime Plumbing Company. My boiler shut down on a Sunday night and my son recommended I call Anytime Plumbing because of their 24-hour emergency service. A plumber was at my property within 1/2 hour of making the call. Great experience! We had a year old quote when our heater completely went. I called Anytime plumbing and was told they would get back to me, 10 minutes later I got a call saying they would honor there year old quote. The next day I had my new heater installed. The guys that came were professional and courteous. They asked if they could move the stuff in my storage room so they could go in and out the basement door as to not bring the old rusty unit threw the house. Scam Artists If you would like to be charged for 2.5 hours of labor for them to come out and look at a plumbing problem for less than a half hour, use these guys. Then you can call them day after day asking for a quote or when they will be able to fix the problem and they'll never get back to you....no matter who you talk to, secretary, worker, or the owner. bad experience THIEVES in plumber disguises. Scary thing is they are listed as contractor with baystate gas. will be contacting bay state gas to alert them to these unethical scam artists. how do companies like this stay in business? no business morals or etiquite. do these people think consumers are stupid??? hi ho, hi ho, to the attorney general we go. plumbers are a dime a dozen. "Anytime" means "Anytime we feel like showing up!" Hired them to do my new house for both plumbing and heating. NO communication skills or follow up. They made multiple errors due to this and I had to get *witchy* to get them to come back and fix things. They do not return calls and do not show up when they say they will. If you have to use them...make friends with Mary in the office...she can kick some butt and get things done if she likes you.
