Poor treatment of their customers, inappropriate wording of professional emails, excessive forwarding prices (~500% actual value), and just generally out of touch practices. Ultimately a service that I refuse to recommend.

Everything went smoothly setting up the new mailbox. Communications were clear and simple. So far liking rhe new service in comparison to my old service. Works significantly well, considering I am on the road 350 days of the year.

Easy to set up, simple online platform. Instructions seem clear, paperwork filed and notarized, accepted by company and USPS, but 4 months later still not receiving mail. When I asked for help I just got passed around by customer service. They'll tell you wait another month and then it never starts working, save your money, use a better competitor.

I signed up, paid for a notary fee and paid the first month. Called the support site, they said it was all good and I would see mail on the site. Month after month I paid the fee, no mail. Went to the property and it was all piled up there. This company is a scam.. Do not use them.

The signup process was straightforward. However, when it came time to upload two proof of identity documents (my driver license, etc.) their web-based app was incompatible with my smartphone (iPhone 6S Plus, iOS 15.7.9) — I tried 5-6 times, but it always failed to capture photos of my docs. The web-based app exhibited the issue in both the Chrome and Safari browsers. Later, I had to borrow a friend’s phone (iPhone SE 2020, iOS 16.x.x). The process for order the delivery was very easy and reliable. Customer support is very good. As they provide notary services with their affiliate partner this makes the process ore easy. Highly recommended

The email address and the US address are terrific. But I still have to fill in the 1583 form. The links and the forms that support has sent will NOT allow me to enter data. This is extremely frustrating as I cannot continue with my project until I get this information solidified. And I'm paying for a service I cannot use until it's done.
