The location in Columbia, SC is the worst ever. Terrible service, terrible response, terrible terrible terrible. Rarely would let me know I received mail unless I bugged her over and over. Then would never be available for me to pick up my mail and would always be late when I did finally get her to set up an appointment. with 400 some customers on hold, I suspect this business decided to give me the silent treatment. I have called many many times as everything is on hold and customer requests are not being processed or updated and will not be until they provide an explanation for their wrongdoing. It appears that the manager has personal feelings about the whole situation and is unwilling. No explanation provided and no response to actions taken by this business.
