My Anytime Mailbox experience has been stellar. We have been in Europe for 8 months and we receive our mail and follow up actions promptly and without fail. Importantly, we experienced a couple of unique problems with USPS and a sender and Stacy the local representative at our operator (Safety Harbor, FL) was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to problem solve and follow up. I purchased a mailbox through their website. They had no issue billing my card, but my account was never created. When I contacted customer service, they sent back a survey saying my problem had been solved and wanted to hear about my experience. I still had no account, so I could not access my mailbox. Never, under any circumstances, use this company. One star is too high to rank this company.

Very disappointed that there is not more accountability with Anytime Mailbox's mail center operators. A mail operator could lose mail items between multiple customers, have nothing but one-star reviews on Google, and somehow they are allowed to still operate under the Anytime Mailbox name. A very important package has been lost, despite tracking showing delivered at the facility, along with a signature. Anytime mailbox plays the “shell’ came as well as it can be played. The reason for this statement, I have been billed, they have been auto draft paid for 2 months, plus notary fees. I have not received 1, not 1 piece of mail, no junk mail, nothing. Called them and they started the “shell game” with me. According To Anytime Mail Box it was not their fault or concern. I would not recommend this business! I went through the process of trying to get my documents verified so that I can start receiving mail. I paid for the fee upfront back in March. However, I wasnt able to get it done in March because I needed to make a name change first so my appointment was cancelled with supposedly no charge. Well they never gave me my money back. In August I was able to try the appointment again because I had successfully changed my name and I was able to go right through without paying upfront. At the e... read more

I started a new business and wanted to use an address that wasn't my home address. That led me to Anytime Mailbox. I picked out a location and paid for a year upfront. I created my business around this address, using the address on all my financial paperwork, bank, business checks, pre-printed envelopes, etc. In short, I have a bunch of time and money stuck into this address.
