Useful. Basically online sign up that allows you to use an existing PO Box for a cheaper price. I don’t get a lot of mail, though. I can’t say if it’s cheaper for someone with a high volume. I will say it’s secure and a good way to filter out the junk/spam a business gets when it maintains a storefront.
Anytime Mailbox was easy from start to end. I selected the monthly subscription that was appropriate for my business. The online notary from what I remember took a moment only because I needed to update my allowances on my computer. I ended up using Safari. After that it took about 2 days and I was set up with my virtual address. The website is easy to navigate. I get email updates as needed. I'm pleased with Anytime mailbox so far.

I had a fraud case of a forged check because one of their mailroom operators, then they cancelled that mailbox without providing good service to help me replace it with a new mailbox and no refund. Then I set up a new mailbox and they never even started the mailbox after 42 days of waiting, it was still pending their verification of my information, and then they said it was past 30 days so it was past their refund period. My Anytime Mailbox experience has been stellar. We have been in Europe for 8 months and we receive our mail and follow up actions promptly and without fail. Importantly, we experienced a couple of unique problems with USPS and a sender and Stacy the local representative at our operator (Safety Harbor, FL) was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to problem solve and follow up. I purchased a mailbox through their website. They had no issue billing my card, but my account was never created. When I contacted customer service, they sent back a survey saying my problem had been solved and wanted to hear about my experience. I still had no account, so I could not access my mailbox. Never, under any circumstances, use this company. One star is too high to rank this company.
