The company does not return emails or calls. I started out at $10/month and now up to $27. My mail gets picked up personally and they still charge me for storage. Their apps fail to load at times while making proper status changes difficult. The local location in Wayne NJ is a mess, they give me mail but don't update the app that the mail is picked up. They continuously charge me for storage when there is nothing to store. Make sure you take screenshot every week of the app.

I was charged for a mailbox for 15 months. The company stated that they only could provide refund for up to a year for my inactive mailbox that they where actively withdrawing money from each month. They refuse to provide me my refund I have called several times requesting my refund. My mail was returned my important px was returned and this is the treatment. I want my Money!!!
I did not understand the billing statement. The person who answered explained it to my com)plete satisfaction. In general the New Orleans mailbox, Pack Rat Shipping, is very helpfur, answers the telephone when I call with a question, and is very friendly. Hugh *****
