Horrible company to deal with. I had to have my lawyer draft legal letters and threaten a lawsuit just to cancel my membership. They will continue to draft money from your account for the rest of your life if you don’t get a lawyer involved. Stay away at all costs!

I called Anytime Mailbox and asked a question on how much is it if I wanted to open another mailbox. Please note I have an existing (1) mailbox with the company. The charge for the one mailbox is 9.99 per month. I started noticing charges doubling of what I normally pay after the 3rd month of this automatic payment I called to inquiry. Per the CS Rep I'm being charged for an additional recipient? I asked what recipient and what are you talking about? Apparently asking a question on adding another account they start charging ... read more

Poor treatment of their customers, inappropriate wording of professional emails, excessive forwarding prices (~500% actual value), and just generally out of touch practices. Ultimately a service that I refuse to recommend.

Everything went smoothly setting up the new mailbox. Communications were clear and simple. So far liking rhe new service in comparison to my old service. Works significantly well, considering I am on the road 350 days of the year.

Easy to set up, simple online platform. Instructions seem clear, paperwork filed and notarized, accepted by company and USPS, but 4 months later still not receiving mail. When I asked for help I just got passed around by customer service. They'll tell you wait another month and then it never starts working, save your money, use a better competitor.

I signed up, paid for a notary fee and paid the first month. Called the support site, they said it was all good and I would see mail on the site. Month after month I paid the fee, no mail. Went to the property and it was all piled up there. This company is a scam.. Do not use them.
