When his schedule was booked up for same day service, he called me the next business day to ask if I would like him to come and fix my garage. That's good service!
Good quality work and professional.
WHen I called, I was not able to be scheduled for 10 days. that was a bit unusual. Maybe a vacation? THen when it was my day for install, I received a call that the installer was on his way but his vehicle was having issues. I had to wait one more day. Otherwise very prompt, clean, polite and thorough.

after going over specs on garage door opener I told him I was interested in one with longer motor waranty if it was resonable. Differance in price was only 20.00 more. he was able to come out following day, took old unit and rails down and had new one installed in a little over a hour.The price quoted was dead on...no additional fees, even included the taxes. Very happy
