Upon arrival the technician noticed the door was improperly and excessively lubricated, which was the cause of the issue. We informed the customer that it would take multiple hours of cleaning. They turned down our services, saying they would do it themselves, to which we provided them with extra know-how to do so. When they asked how much they owed us, we charged them $30 instead of the normal $60.
The communication between the contractors and my self was not good it wa hard to get a hold of the company and takes awhile for them to get back to you. other wise they did excallent work in fashionable time and removed and took away my old door.
