I received an estimate from a competing company first, who tried to up sell me on an entirely new garage door and parts when all I needed was a simple fix to my existing garage door so it would open and close properly. Anytime was the second opinion I contacted, and I’m glad I did. They were very prompt in addressing our problem and arrived when they said they would. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. We are very happy with the work that was done. My only small complaint is that I wish they would have told us how much the repair would cost (after they diagnosed the problem) before fixing it so we would have had an idea instead of just getting a bill once everything was already done. Very fast in getting back. Did good/quality work and came through with the best estimate of several contactors for the job.
Due to him being busy with others, was slow to phone me back. But then was very good after. I will call again next spring to complete work on garage!
