Roy drove into Milwaukee to service my door. I had to go to work before he arrived, so I had to leave my 19 year old son to deal with him. When Roy arrived, my son called me on his cell, handed it to Roy, and we conducted business over the phone. Roy was able to quickly give me a quote over the phone, let me know what had to be done, at which time I gave him the go ahead to to the repairs.
