Used to be a great gym, but now it’s extremely crowded. You’ll have groups of people using one machine for half an hour. Not enough equipment for everyone coming here. One lat pulldown, one smith machine, one chest press etc. Would not recommend tbh. There have been many days where I come and leave because there’s absolutely 0 equipment available. Besides all of that, the gym has an awful smell. It’s not so much BO, but it’s very chemical.

No abdominal bench. One of the most popular bench in any gym. How is that possible? May be it's too expensive for AF? No shelves for toiletries in the shower. Do you put them on the floor at home too?

I was terribly nervous to go back to the gym after a two decade absence, but I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer or experience! Robin was such an easy person to connect with, listened to my goals and concerns, and created a program tailored to my needs that also fit my schedule. Not only did Robin help me exceed my goals, but she also gave me the skills and resources to continue on my own with confidence… the whole experience changed my life in such a positive way, and I’m still a member today!

No abdominal bench. One of the most popular bench in any gym. How is that possible? May be it's too expensive for AF? No shelves for toiletries in the shower. Do you put them on the floor at home too?
