Sally - you are right, we did tell you we thought we would have it done on Monday and it wasn't finished until Tuesday. I'm sorry we missed our estimate. I have reviewed your invoice and the only two things on the invoice are the virus removal package and the antivirus subscription and both are the correct and quoted price that we discussed when your computer was dropped off. If there is something that we're missing, please let us know.
