AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.... Bunch of incompetent people running this dealership. All of our paperwork was done on the wrong VIN. We have a title that shows the wrong VIN number and the dealer has still yet to take care of this issue. Who knows if we will ever get a correct title and tags for the car we bought back in December. Now we just got a letter in the mail from the MVA saying that we still own the car that we traded in and need insurance on it. They take forever but still get 5 stars because everyone is always kind and the waiting area is comfortable with a vending machine that takes credit cards and complimentary coffee, water and hot tea. Oh, and wifi. All that really helps the wait😁. When we bought the car, they got us out in like an hour...we had 3 kids with us. We have bought 2 cars from here and will only come here.
