Service department sucks don't ever go here to get your car fixed
Every time I've been to Antwerpen Nissan in Owings Mills, everyone has always been friendly, attentive and professional. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else!!
Easy, Fair, & Honest. Great Dealership from Sales to Service
Wow!!! I never expected buying a car could be this fantastic. Not only did the sales manager locate a car with the options I wanted, they drove to Richmond Virginia to get it from another dealer. Without hassle, they gave me a great deal!! And when we went to sign the papers, everything was outlined for me and all my options were discussed without pressure. It didn't stop there!!! I can honestly say that everyone at the Antwerpen Nissan dealership is great to be around. As a sales consultant for the company I know. 10 hour days 6 times a week and I am still having fun. That says it all. So if you want to step up your car game and not pay too much for the product. Give us a chance, you will not be disapointed. Serious car shoppers have all left and gave great reviews and stay in contact through word of mouth and return buyers through their reviews. See ya soon.
The service department is garbage. The service advisor Eric is a weasel and did NOTHING to help my situation after I told him about the previous service to my car. Take your car to Woodlawn or Clarksville and avoid this place at all costs!!
