I gave the dealership 1-Star because 0-Stars wasn’t an option. Worst purchace I ever made. Antonino Acura sold me a used 2020 Ford F150 that they did not have a title, on May 10, 2025. As of today July 2, 2025 still no title. Vehicle cannot be registered. Dealership is dishonest and liars. They have a story and a lie for every reason as to why there isn’t a title. Jamie E Waite sales manager, needs customer service training. So rude. Please stay away from Antonio Acura in Groton CT unless you want a lousy sales experience!
