Easy dealership to work with and very friendly
This is the third time doing business with the great folks at Antioch Dodge ,the sales people are kind an answered all my questions. They showed me how i was getting a far deal compared with othet dealership in the area . They also made sure my New car was washed detailed an had a full tank of Gas . Took my car into service the Mechanic (or porter) went through my car and stole $11. When I complained to the manager they said “we’ll have to agree to disagree that it happened”. Oh, bought my car there a week ago.
Someone I know is getting totally screwed by these people. They sold a brand new vehicle to this person, and they fraudulently sent this person home with substantial damage caused by the Porter in their lot. They tried to fix it and damaged it even further where it is not even repairable per another area Dodge dealer. Going on two months of screwiing around. I found the car I wanted online! Called and spoke to Chris Patterson on the phone. We negotiated a amazing price for my new 2018 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I drove 3 hours and he made the deal painless on my end. Great Salesperson and I would recommend him and Antioch Jeep to anyone looking!
Worst car buying experience. They are not people of integrity. I drove over 80 miles and when I arrived they jacked up the price 2,000 more than what they agreed to. They tell you what you want to hear for you to come in. Beware for anyone driving out of town, don't waste your time.
