Found a van there online, contacted them, set up a day and time to come look at it and most likely get it. Verified time day of, they said it was still available, kept in contact with dealership throughout the day via text, was pre-approved for a loan, drove an hour and a half after work to get there and find out it had “just sold”. A call or text would have been nice.
This dealership sends marketing material, makes phone calls and sends texts to draw you in and buy your vehicle. While there they give you a range, not an actual figure. Once they find out you're not buying a car from them they call back and drop the figure below the original range. Don't bother with this dealership, Kevin or Chris. Go to Gurnee Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep
WORST PLACE EVER!!! brought in our truck with check engine light, after being treated very rudely by the service manager, left with paying $1000.00 check engine light still on and now the radio and speedometer doesn’t work! They claim they didn’t mess with those things, funny they worked when we brought it in! They don’t care about their customers and do not stand behind their work!!

Went into this place with a pretty nice pre approved loan and they had the nerve to say our loan wasn’t good enough pretty much and we needed a loan through them which had super high interest rates. They refused to give us any real numbers and somehow an extra 2 thousand would be added every time ... we spent 3 hours sitting there dealing with their nonsense... then as we were about to leave bc my kids had been there long enough and were getting annoyed as well the guy behind the desk wanted to throw out the numbers we wante... read more

I just bought my certified pre-owned Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn yesterday and I LOVE IT! Monika Lukas was amazing! She helped me with all of my questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she promptly found out for me. She was so friendly and welcoming; my mom and I felt very comfortable with her. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
