Recently purchased a vehicle and the experience started out great with a good salesman but then took a turn for the worse with the finance guy. The salesman was pleasant and got a good deal on a vehicle, but the finance guy must have been having a bad day and his customer service was terrible. Myself and my family have bought over 10 vehicles from them and will continue to buy from Antioch Dodge.
I went in Saturday to buy a 2016 Dodge Dart SXT. I didn't end up getting the car until today, but I am very happy I decided to go here. My salesmen was Kevin, and he was amazing. He answered my millions of questions with no problem, and was very friendly! Also, the rest of the staff was amazing as well. They have a fun filled, family friendly atmosphere that made me feel at home. I've bought cars from plenty of places but this one was by far my best expierence! Highly recommend these guys!(:
We accidentally dropped a ring in the hole behind the back seat. I called Jeep and they said bring the car in and they would see what they could do. They said they would see how much money it would be depending on if they needed to take out the seats. 1/2 hour later they had the ring out and DID NOT charge me even though they took out the seats. To me that went above and beyond. I was thrilled that they got the ring AND DID NOT CHARGE ME. Thank you!

We did exhaustive research and this place by far has the fairest prices. Every member of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, great financing options, super painless signing process. Came all the way up from the city and will definitely be coming back when it's time to upgrade our other car!
Don't appreciate when you go there to look at car's , and don't buy and the credit manager keeps running your credit app. Over a month ago on December 14 and still getting application 7th one credit score went from 707to 648 thanks Antioch Dodge for all the Grief Raymond Garza.

I am sorry you are just now receiving the notices from the banks. I can assure you we did stop inquiring in Dec. after your visit. We did make several inquiries trying to fulfill your payment request. If there is anything I can do please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly.
I traded in a lease vehicle and was able to purchase a new truck and Kevin was able to keep me in my desired price and payment range. Everyone on the staff was nice and more then helpful.
