The people there harassed me messed up all my paperwork put the wrong vin number for the car would not SEND MY WORST Enemy THERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL KEPT OUR CREDIT CARD AND WAS USED PLACES WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Typical sleazy used car salesman from their approach to their pricing. Bad stock and worse deals. Wanted to shop local and was extremely disappointed. Ended up going to Gurnee Dodge which were awesome!
They are the worst. Had my car in there every month. That can't fix anything. They are rude. I am done with this dealership.

Worse dealership EVER!! And their mechanics suck and don't know how to do their jobs, bought a 2013 Dodge Journey from here in April and ever since then we've had issues with our car, I can't even tell you how much times we've dropped our car off to get fixed and every damn time we do and go pick it up the problem isn't fixed.

I am terribly sorry for the experience. I know the issue is a creaking noise and we have tried multiple times and have not been able to duplicate the noise. I know our service manager has been involved and if there is a time that you would like to stop in I would be happy to drive the vehicle with you again. Intermittent problems are very difficult to diagnose but we do our best.
The sales staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Management was very helpful this was one of my best car buying experiences
Experience was great. Sales was easy to deal with. All we owes taken care of. Will buy from them again.
