The small yellow house, that Antica Posta Tuscan Restaurant & Bar is located in provides an intimate backdrop. Three separate dining rooms break the volume and keep the atmosphere light and personal. You'll be rewarded with a tantalizing fare of homemade potato dumplings in traditional Tuscan sauce. A great wine selection is supported by a full bar. See website for menu, wine list, online reservations, online gift shopping, gift certificates, and event calendar.

worst service ever – All i can say people be aware of the head waitress over there shes more like a jail warden and i dont know who gave her the right to treat the customers like dirt. i ve been in the restaurant last weekend and believe me i was shocked by her attitude and rudeness i thought like we signed in a certain boot camp program, whenever we ask her for something she ll be shaking either her head or the shoulders and all started when we didn?t get an expensive wine she was trying to sell us even though she couldn?t ... read more
Read Reviews First - Not Recommended – I wish I had read the reviews first. If I had I ould not have eaten here - lesson learned. The food was good but service aweful - just like all the other reviewers say. The non-english speaking server could not have been more disinterested unless he was asleep. I saw craziness in the kitchen through the open window - the chef was sceaming about something. And the owner - please - he needs to button his shirt and quite only talking to the scantiilly clad women at the bar. He never came b... read more
Never Return – I dine out in fine dining at least twice a week for work and pleasure. What I expect for what I pay is good food and good service. I have been to Antica Posta before and always had an OK experience - never exceptional. However, this last time was the nail in the coffin. The food was mediocre at best but the service was aweful. Not only were they unattentive and unintersted, they were also very slow. Clearly the owner is aware of the situation because I actually heard the owner yell at the severs!! How unprofes... read more
good food ,bad service – been there the food was great but we didn?t have the chance to enjoy it. We had the luck to be served by one of the rudest people in town. Our waitress( a brunette .. i don?t remember her name and i don?t want to)did all she could to ruin our anniversary night for the only reason that she was a little busy in her section which wasn?t our fault any way, I could understand if she kept a little smile when we asked her for a clean wine glass since mine had a lip print on it and we could wait a few minute... read more
Not very good one visit, but Great another!! – Been a couple of times... One visit was amazing!! Ordered the filet, and was one of the best I have ever tasted!!! Another time I was there was not so great. The food was average and pricey, not worth the money at all. The service was great both times, so that is a plus. I am worried about going back and spending that kind of money for a below average meal.
cozy like little italy – First time there, it seemed cozy but not warm enough for the winter brushing cold outside. The wine was good, so was the appetizer. The servers were very attentive and courteous. The restaurant just had that "little Italy feeling" inside. This place was recognized as one of the best in Atlanta, I prefer others. My pasta was a little too salty and the noodles seemed a little harder than usual. This is not one of my favorites, but I did enjoy my dinner and the place itself. Perfect for couples, I was s... read more
Lost – I agree with all the people that had a very very very bad time out at Antica Posta. I would love to wright about it but I'm so lost for words. Not only I would not go there again I'm tring not to drive by that area. The owner whatever he calls himself that's at the door when you walk in, some people can wright a book about. He should really remove himself from that place I think he thinks he's more important the people that have kept his place alive for so long.
I wouldn't even give one star if i didnt have to in order to write this review. – Lets just say, hypotheticaly if I could rename this italian eatery I would call it "sleazy". The clientle is very posh do to the location and price range, but Im sure most of the people would not eat dinner there if they didn't have some big wig paying for it. I think the food is good, however not worth the price. I overheard a conversation that I should not have been listening to, and it was between employees. I believe the server was mentioni... read more
knowledgeable staff, amazing olive oil, great bread – My husband and I visited this place and were greeted by a very attentive valet. Our server was equally attentive--one of the best we've ever had. The olive oil served with the bread tastes delicious--imported from Italy and very peppery--and the food was just as good. If the server recommends something, try it. The chef is truly in touch with flavor combinations and the meats are superb.
