Very friendly staff and waitresses/waiters. Chowder is (as always) outstanding. Fish and shrimp meals were fresh and cooked to perfection.
It was bittersweet! Knowing it would be the last time eating there before they closed, I had the fish and chips AND the coconut shrimp. Both were delicious as usual. I can't count the number of times I've taken friends, family and visitors here for lunch. The spot was perfect. Thanks for the memories Anthony's ! You will truly be missed!
Anthony's always has had the best fish n chips around these parts. All the extras were as fabulous. We always loved to order at the window & sit outside watching the surroundings & smelling the ocean.
We had such a wonderful meal here last Friday. We were very emotional as we pondered that this would be our last time - it's been a joy knowing that Anthony's would always be there to provide a great meal and good service on our visits to San Diego and we have spent some wonderful times here celebrating dearly-loved family members who are no longer with us.
