Really nice experience overall! The nail spa is clean, has soft music playing and essential oils diffusing which creates a relaxing environment! They have tonsss of polish options which is great but also hard for an indecisive girlie like me . I got the AV manicure with gel polish and got a few acrylics for the shorter nails. Took my mom and her good friend to get manicures and pedicures. They were so kind and gentle with them. Both of them using walkers. Then I met Sue!! She is the eyebrow goddess. She does threading and wax. Her threading is THE BEST!!! Highly recommend!!

Manager is very nice and hilariously funny. Jenny performed my mani and pedi and someone else did my husband's. Jenny was nice but extremely pushy for me to get gel polish on my nails and toes. I don't do gel for any reason. I explained that but she yet pushed for me to get it. I told her no and she told me I'd have to wait hours for my nails to dry before I could wear shoes. No Stars. I asked them to SOAK off (with acetone) my gel and acrylic on my toes. The nail lady did everything, but what I asked for. I said no drilling except for the top layer removal. She clipped and drilled everything down including my actual nail bed. To keep from furthering the pain and damage, I stopped the service, paid the amount due, and made a swift, graceful exit.
