The person who rated him a 1/5 and said he was never there is a liar. I'm a patient of over a year of his and there was never one time he wasn't there. She must've failed her drug test and is now angry and trying to blame it on a broken chain of command, which is funny, because you have to hand your specimen directly through a window to someone who's sitting there waiting for it, so there's no way for the chain of command to be broken.
He was rarely there, given scripts without seeing me, refuses to do anything with insurance for approvals first & broke the"chain of command" on the urine drug testing on numerous occasions!
