Very pleasant demeanor, good listener and efficient with his time. Conservative related to possible surgery....I liked that.
Condescending, rude, I could hardly express how I was feeling and when I did he brushed it off.
Doctor Shia listen to my problems and then we discuss what needed to be done. He laid out a plan that would satisfy my needs. He explained it so I could very easily understand.
Always pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and able to diagnose the symptoms properly.
Very efficient and informative. Takes great care to make sure you understand the procedures.

Having a total hip replacement is no small matter. Having a capable doctor you can trust to care about you as a patient and a person is so important. Dr. Shaia and his staff exceeded my expectations. My new hip is amazing, and the terrible pain is gone. As a matter of fact I did not need to take anything other than Acetaminophen for pain during recovery.
