I was there last week trying to get a car. No one and I mean no one! Helped me out at all. Not even a hi. I actually have a video of two old pricks that work there just sitting there talking to each other while I'm right in front of them looking at a car in the showroom. I seriously waited 15 minutes , I actually have a video of these workers just sitting there talking and just staring at me. I would post the video but it doesn't give me the option to. This place is a joke

I don't like to be lied to. I don't like pushy sales people. I don't like the back and forth crap.
Was darn near guaranteed financing by a girl there. Not only did I not get financed, but I couldn't even get a call back letting me know!! Also found out why the girl recommended this particular finance guy....they were sleeping together!
Terrible! I'm on my 2nd car from here, and it's been nothing but problems. They made 37,000 Off my purchase but still find a way to charge me for minor things. I've brought the car in for service 5 times and only had the car 6 months. I was even spoken to in a disrespectful tone from the used car manager. Terrible terrible terrible!

Stopped in to get an oil change and a carwash on my new 2015 Seirra. Horrible experience. Waited for over an hour and forty five minutes for the oil change and when they brought my truck out it was looked as if it hadn't even been washed. Dirt all over my truck still. Water spots everywhere. And the back of my truck was never even washed. I told the porter that the wash was broke and to look at the back of my truck. He asked if i wanted him to wipe it down. He was the best...Solved my issues within 3 hours...I couldn't thank him more...If you ever need anything at this dealer go through the owner TRENT!! Im telling you he's awesome!!!!
