Service department is terrible. My car has been there numerous times and still not fixed. They won't fix it unless I keep paying. Find somewhere else to go. Save yourself the problem.
Buying a car at Anthony was one of the best experiences I have had. Ryan and Nick were so helpful and efficient. I am so glad one of my friends recommended for me to go to Anthony to shop. Great job! I will be back!

If I can give this a no star I would. Worst customer service ever. I think I know more about cars then they do. They tried telling me the issue my truck had wasn't what I had told them, of course, until they took it out for a drive. Exactly what I thought it was from the beginning. Oh, and they talk to you like you're a piece of s**t. They have no respect and I had to tell the guy to cool down. Very rude and disrespectful. Never again will I buy from here or recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!
Service department sucks! Here is the story: Windshield washer on my GMC Acadia 2015 stop working. I browse an Internet and found this problem to be common (fuse blown). I've located and removed the fuse and it was bad. Purchased new fuses, but had problems install it, because the fuse box is hard to access and my eyes are not so good any more. They have great service but thier waiting room needs couches facing the TV not under the tv.they need more comfortable seating.

Charge me $134 to hook my car up to diagnose the problem and to be told our warranty had expired by 26 days. Oh, and here's a credit card if you want to charge the $1400 that needs to be down on your car.
