They got the paperwork going as soon as I arrived. Had a short wait in the lounge and was called to sign the papers and the work was started. The repair work was done in a very timely fashion and the price turned out to be much less than I expected. The car looks great and no one would be able to tell that a tree limb caused two dents. There was a mix-up in communication on my payment schedule and I came into the dealer the next day and was ready for war. Immediately Mike, Chris and the rest of the staff assured me they will make me satisfied with the situation. I have never had a dealer work so hard to make things right. I would happily purchase another vehicle from them. There is a point when it seems people will play a game with you to sell the car. This dealership has thankfully restored my faith and makes the process much more satisfying.

Horrible experience!! Never going Back! John Sales Manager was very disrespectful and his tone of voice was not acceptable, Talking down to his Employees in Front of Customers and Giving Customers attitude, Trying to Make it look like my Fault and not taking any responsibility in Checking the Vehicle that are being Sold!
