On a good day Dr. D'Souza is abrupt and curt, writing you a prescription before pushing you out the door. Dr. D'Souza does not welcome questions -- he rolled his eyes and gave a loud sigh when I simply asked him if my medication had any side effects. He told me not to worry, but didn't answer my question. On a bad day, Dr. D'Souza is aggressive and profane. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
