Best Las Vegas Chiropractor Dr Day – Undeniable back pain led me to consult a chiropractor for the very first time ever. I checked on Citysearch and was a bit skeptical about all the great 5-star reviews, however I am writing one. My health has improved in so many ways since I started consulting Dr Derek Day. Elegant service at reasonable prices, and also Dr Derek Day is 'in network' for a lot of insurance plans. I am so glad I decided to make an consultation with Core Chiropractic.

All Chiropractors are Not the Same!!‎ – Dr. Day and his staff make this chiropractic office the best I've ever been to. I walked into a Chiropractic office in my area in a lot of pain and they refused me because I didn't have an appointment. The person at the front desk told me to make an appointment, Come back in 2 days. I couldn't believe it and I couldn't move my neck either. No More Daily Headaches After the Accident – My parents started getting treatment by Dr Day and began to feel relief from their back pain almost immediately. Relief for a work related issue – I suffered a back injury a couple months ago in a work related injury. This kept me from going back to work for a month. Dr. Day has been a big help to me and would recommend him to anybody. He is so friendly, helpful and great at his practice. I am greatful to a co-worker who told me about him. He is helping me with the pain I was in. My back is feeling so much better and I have introduced my wife and daughter who are also now being treated by Dr Day.

I recommend Anthem Chiropractic – I would recommend the Anthem Chiropractic Center To Anyone who in in need of Pain relief! Dr. Day is a great Dr. I was experiencing daily migraine headaches after I was in a car accident. However after a few weeks of his care, the migraines stopped. His office staff handled everything for me too.

New Hope for Me!! – Dr. Day's care has given me new hope. Before I came to see Dr Day, my only option was to have surgery in order to walk correctly again for I have been suffering after an auto accident that I had. I am only 31 years old. However, after getting Chiropractic Care from Dr Day, I am now walking upright and able to play with my kids. This is a great place to be for a healthy lifestyle for everyone. He also helped me loose weight.

Positive Vibrations – This has been the best experience I've had at a chiropractic office. Dr. Day is very positive, easy-going, and caring. I have a lot of self-consciousness about my Limp and he puts me at ease. I've already noticed a difference after a week, feeling more balanced when I work. My visits are very affordable and convenient with my work schedule since I'm in an out quickly.
