Garbage phone service. Not only is it really hard to get anywhere without an account. Terrible questions, keeps hanging up. I miraculously even got a person on the line and the person HUNG UP ON ME MID QUESTION.
I am requesting that federal and state authorities review the conduct of Anthem and Sutton Dental in Hartford, Connecticut. In my experience, Dr. Gurqbal Singh performed treatment that I did not authorize, which I believe caused significant injury and led to a serious infection requiring hospitalization. Trash. 🚮 They literally give me a different answer every time I speak with them. I wouldn’t recommend Anthem to anyone. Their customer service seems to be very uneducated on most topics.
Anthem Health insurance has become absolutely the worst. The only one of 2 available in CT. The premiums have quadrupled. I'm paying over $1750 a month (for 1 person) and I get absolutely no service and everything including a drug I used for 22 years now has to get preauthorization. I spent 6 hours each day for 3 days on the phone and sydney chat to get 3 answers. Everything is recorded information, information which is completely irreverent. A common line, but said with the most sincerity possible. "If I could give 0 stars, I would." What a corrupt, unethical, healthcare insurance scam I have EVER experienced. A medical visit that falls under "preventative" service cost me over $600 dollars. I wanted to exercise my right to appeal with the understanding that my request may be denied.
