At first they aren't bad, but as soon as something in your apartment breaks or stops working, which I'm sure it was, it becomes a disaster. They rarely answer maintenence calls. We put in constant work orders (almost every day we put one in or called them) for our dishwasher that broke (it was down for about 6 months before someone looked at it) and our ac unit that went out (again months until someone came to look at it while we dealing with ***** heat in our apartment on the daily.) it took over a month for them to fix my microwave, they’ve came atleast 5 times to fix my water heater and hot water barely works now after their last visit. parking lot has so many huge potholes and you’ll swerve all over the place trying to avoid them. it’s hard to find parking spots when some of it is labeled as visitor parking and you can’t park there of else you’ll be towed. it’s $300 to get your car from the tow place and they constantly have trucks on the search for cars but they don’t have any cameras just in case yo... read more

Parking is atrocious literally, finding a spot, and also not getting towed for $300 each night. Amenities are not available, staff is lazy and rude. Filthy units and property surrounding.

I live in Antero Apartment since 2015. our balcony is the best place to view the landscape of mountain range from sunrise to sunset, from winter to spring. Amanda would make your stay enjoyable and free stress. Work order is always taking care. I never once I have to wait. One time a branch fell on parking lot could easily cause an accident. Maintenance cleared it right away. Doing laundry is free stress. It alert my phone when my laundry is done it's the best thing. Paying online is amazing I don't have to visit the office ... read more
Whoever from upper management made it mandatory to change over to the Comcast/xfinity community tech package is an idiot. I’ve never had so many problems at one place. Plus They tack on fees for everything and can’t even fix the hundreds of craters in the parking lot.

the potholes are so deep in the parking lot, NASA sent rovers to explore them!
The staff was super amazing. Very friendly 😀they are very informative answered all my questions. We recommend it to anyone looking for a great environment to move into
