They have the most wonderful and helpful manager! She was polite, and made the whole experience easy!
I have a $255 debt showing on my credit report in collections from this complex.. one might say "Hey Brittany, you need to pay it" problem is, I have NEVER LIVED IN THIS COMPLEX TO OWE THEM MONEY. This is ridiculous
I loved living here at Antero Very nice office people. Understood mine and my husband's concerns when we had issues with Pigeons. They took care of it and we never had them back. We only got to live here for 6 months :(. We had a wonderful experience and we miss Colorado!
I have lived at Antero for a year now and if it wasn't for getting a house I would have stayed here indefinitely. The community and staff are amazing!!!
The water is consistently going in and out. Due to a building issue I had to pay $286 for four months for heat for a two bed room apartment. They don't follow the military clause if your a spouse and your husband isn't coming back until the lease is up. Even when you have a power of attorney. I can't wait until my lease is up! Don't move here it's expensive and not worth it.
These people are the most disrespectful and rudest people. Do NOT rent from this place. The maintenance crews never show up when they are suppose to. The leasing office once lost my ID and claimed they didn't have it, then later apologized that they did have it. The leasing office workers are rude and very mischievous. They charge you for expensive rent and then when you move out they charge you for the littlest things.
