There were many opportunities to see poppies prior to waiting in the traffic. Then we were able to walk into the park itself after parking a little farther away. It was a beautiful day! Thank you!
The poppies were gorgeous. We were there on a very windy day and there were so many people that we had to walk into the Reserve, but the scenery beautiful.
WOW!!! such a beautiful place that must be visited in your lifetime. Hills covered in colorful spring flowers, a perfect breeze and the aroma of spring! Lot's of people so beware but still very worth the visit.
We took a drive up Sunday, you could see the colored hills for some distance. We stopped roadside and glad we did. When we got to the main part of the reserve it was congested and walking was not an option for us due to the high wind & cold air. Dress warm & walking shoes a must. It's beautiful and worth the drive.
