Our senior had a project from school, take pictures of nature! She got lots of beautiful pictures. Brought along her cousin, they enjoyed all the hiking trails. Although it was a bit too crowded and windy. We're hoping to make it out there again soon, hopefully with less of a crowd and hopefully on a calm day. Well worth the adventure!
I've been wanting to visit for years and finally made it yesterday. Beautiful place!!! Nice maintained walking paths and workers were professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to this year's more than usual rainfall, there were lots of poppies and other wild flowers blooming. Some parts were covered with orange bloom like the hill had a orange carpet on it. It's beautiful, no dogs allowed and it was windy. I got some pretty pictures. The trails are easy. Kid friendly.
