The Reserve is closed, but loads of poppies to see on Ave i
beautiful and peaceful perfect
It’s a national park for the wild poppies and now it’s one of the best time to visit throughout May. The park is closed for cars but you still are allowed to park on the street and walk to the park. Another option you can also park on the street before the NP, the flowers are just as beautiful
Wildflowers & hikibg trails
Clear and cool air. Field of Gold.
Though the park is closed, there are several places to pull over and take pics! Social distance yourself!
Even in the midst of chaotic leadership mandating new rules for our parks without consideration of the logistics, the ranger who spoke with me and others was nice, kind, and friendly to everyone and maintained a smile. And of course it is beautiful there with well maintained trails.
Please Please Please keep your distance from others. Let's protect our earth and let's also protect each other.
