I have been paying my rent bill every day on its due date and they literally send me late payment fees every month..Ever since new staff came in we've had problems with Antelope Ridge. We have been residents for about 3 years and never had this issue. Its saddening and stressful because we bite the bullet and pay these extra fees in hope that they find the mistake and add the corrected charge to our new bill but it seems we keep coming out of pocket even though we have all the correct information and pay when we are required... read more
Excuses. Excuses. Excuses. These people do nothing for you but pretend to care. They'll charge you for anything they can find. They'll up your rent above BAH even if you're a military family. This neighborhood is run down. There is no rule enforcement for the speeding or parking, nor is there any care to the appearance of the homes. Awful customer service. I've even been accidentally charged for rent twice in one day by their incompetent employees. So glad to be moved out of that awful place.
I'm not sure why so many complain about this place. Everyone at the main office is very friendly and helpful. I haven't had a single issue with the maintenance personnel. Every work order I have put in was fixed the same day. This includes my AC unit the other day. And for people that say it cost too much, are you out of your mind. Where else in Box Elder or Rapid City can you keep your house as cold/hot as you want and take long showers and not have to worry because the utilities are included in the rent. Staff is rude, at work and outside of work. Parking is a joke.
Terrible customer service. They over charge for anything. Our grass wasn't short enough because they never had enough law mowers to where we could rent one and keep up our yard... so they charged us $75. They nickle and dime you when you move out. All the houses are filled with mold. Our basement flooded because our neighbors shut their heat off. You could hear the water running through the wall. All they did was drained the water into the crawl space and replaced the foam under the carpet. They didn't replace the carpet. Th... read more
