RecommendedWe just moved in three weeks ago and had our first maintenance issue last night, the dishwasher started leaking and created a bubble in the ceiling downstairs. Not only did they have a very polite technician at the house within an hour last night, they had another wonderful gentleman over today that replaced the dishwasher and already set up a time to repair the ceiling! Amazing and quick service that made us love this place even more.
I have enjoyed gabbing with the office staff and maintenance personnel. They are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Our home is well kept by the grounds crew, who are also very friendly. I haven't came up with a maintenance issue that has not been resolved in a short amount of time. More residents need to attend the events sponsored by the Antelope Ridge staff... You'll have a good time and it's fun to meet your neighbors. Kudos to you all!

They are very nice an prompt. The work crew is very nice, helpful.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is super friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with moving into a rental!
We recently moved here and have had 2 work orders in; dishwasher holding water and fridge not cooling. The day we put the work orders in, they come and fixed it. I am so pleased with the maintenance staff here and how they help you in a timely manner.
