RecommendedThe staff at Antelope Ridge are friendly and prompt whenever we need anything. It's a quiet neighborhood and the rentals are nice.
Breaking a lease is a big pain. Maintenance staff (for us) was stellar, I can't say enough how fast and courteous they were. I lived in a three and five bed. Pay your rent, park in your garage or driveway, pick up your trash, mow your grass and you'll literally never talk to the office unless you need something. Lot of cars in the road and winter parking is pure chaos. Not my most favorite place to live but it was nice and affordable.
As it pertains to the keychains for the kiddos riding the bus...thank you!! As a parent whose child lost their button last year we ended up drilling a hole into the button and making it a keychain and had zero issues the rest of the year. I for one want to ensure my children have a seat on the bus and understand without this identification anyone would be able to ride and those seats would be taken. This is a service we help pay for and as a resident I am thankful for the steps you’ve taken to help this process.
If I could give them less than one star I would. This place is a joke. First of all you have to deal with Candi. She is rude!! I had to deal with her several times and she was never friendly. Second your pet “deposit” is not a pet “deposit”. It is just a donation to them. We paid $600 and they do not use it when you move out for any damage done. We spent 2 days cleaning and was still charged. It was cleaner than when we moved in. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!
I do not recommend living out here, unless you plan on spending an arm and a leg on rent which every year has gone up in price for me, you can never find a parking spot on the roads, if you park in your driveway but are on the sidewalk, you receive a violation because you can't park like that, but it's okay for neighbors. Lol. You're in charge of keeping your grass cut and watered, but they want you to pay additional money to pay for the water you use to water the grass.
