Warning to those who are considering living here because utilities are included, they will be charging a extra $50 charge on top of rent. I like living here and i know we get a lot offered for what we pay and what is offered elsewhere, however i am a stay at home mom and my husband works hard to pay bills and it seems we just cant catch-a break with renting when you guys keep increasing your rent and now adding a utility charge! Great place for kids and depending on what unit your in you get a great view, that applies more to the last unit we were in. Only issues we have had we more of a inconvenience at that time, I say that because if you talk to them and not act like a rude individual they will work with you to solve the problem. I feel bad for maintenance people because some time their work seems to be rushed like they have a lot to do. I say that being a building manager for 2 years and knowing how it goes. Terrible parking they give you two hours notice to move your vehicle when you aren't even home!!! And expect you to pick it up when your husband is overseas!! Never living here again.
I have lived in Antelope Ridge for about 1.5 years now and haven't had many issues. Anytime I had a maintenance request, it was fixed that day within a couple hours if not within minutes. The houses are a little older so the floors creak a lot, the windows allow for drafts, and the water pressure is poor. Those are all things that they can't really help, so I do enjoy living her for the most part!
I will sadly be moving next week. I never had an issue here. I had a couple really annoying maintenance issues - main one being a lighting strike that literally melted by fuse box. It was always handled professionally and with-in a acceptable time frame (they even put me in a hotel when I didn't have power for one night). Office staff was always friendly. I would say a decent value - and if you think it is expensive your not paying attention.
