As a new patient, I thought I was getting star treatment with her attention to detail and asking me so many questions. I find out a few weeks later that she charged me for answering questions about my health during an annual exam which is ALWAYS covered by insurance. This was extremely disappointing. I called the office only to be told that once I told her that I had been experiencing a little pelvic pain, nothing serious, she turned my yearly visit into an appointment and charged me. She's absolutely awesome! She's takes her time to get to know you and why you're there to see her. Great bedside manor.
